Copy your connection link
In Mirola, head to Settings → Integrations → AI Connection and copy the personal connection URL for your workspace.

Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT
Open your AI's settings, find Connectors (Claude) or Custom connectors (ChatGPT), and paste the link. Sign in once to authorise.

Start a new chat and ask
Open a fresh conversation and try any of the prompts above. Your AI now has secure, scoped access to your Mirola workspace.
The AI Connection is included on Professional and Growth plans at no extra charge, only accesses your own account, and your data is never used to train AI models.

No. The AI Connection is included on Professional and Growth plans at no extra charge. You'll only pay your AI provider (Claude or ChatGPT) their standard subscription fee.
Yes. Each connection is scoped to your workspace with an authenticated link — the AI can only see and change data you have access to. Connections can be revoked at any time from Settings, and every action is logged in your audit trail.
No. Mirola does not send your CRM data to any AI provider for training, and both Claude and ChatGPT's business tiers exclude connected data from training by default.
Yes. In Settings → Integrations → AI Connection you can toggle which data types the AI can read (contacts, deals, campaigns, etc.) and whether it can make changes or is read-only.
Revoking a connection immediately cuts off the AI's access to your workspace. No data is deleted from Mirola, and you can reconnect any time.
